In the dynamic and high-risk environment of offshore oil rig operations, ensuring workplace safety is not merely a regulatory requirement but a critical determinant of operational success and worker well-being. Recognizing the profound impact of safety culture on incident rates, our team of consultants and creators developed the SCORE program (SCORE stands for Safety, Culture, Observation, Recognition, Engagement) in partnership with one of our client organizations, a Southern US energy company, in 2021.
